Position. Overview

We are seeking a Customer Service and Sales Representative to join our sales team. If you’re customer service focused and looking to work in a professional environment we want to talk to you. We are a premier FAA Part-142 Pilot Training Center proudly training professional pilots since 2008. We are continuing to expand our footprint in business aviation training with new training programs and simulators arriving shortly. This position will require you to work closely with our current and new clients coordinating training course details and client support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage current client accounts and retention
  • Working with clients to determine training needs, aircraft types, and FAA requirements
  • Respond to client inquiries while also supporting in house clients
  • Support sales team with marketing materials and documentation
  • Assist sales team with proposals and client lead correspondence
  • Track client retention, and opportunities using CRM (Salesforce)
  • Provide logistical and documentation support for clients training
  • Track and manage TSA approvals and Foreign License requirements for training

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Associates degree – experience in Customer Service, Marketing, or Sales related
  • Prior experience in aviation or aviation-related industries preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service, marketing or sales experience
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, MS Programs or other CRM systems
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to thrive independently
